The Nautilus name stands for quality, power and reliability made in Germany.
The new Nautilus series of water feature pumps was designed in accordance with the latest developments and features a number of unique, patent-pending technological advances in addition to unsurpassed service life.
New features have been added to the smaller Cascade Pumps for 2006, all models from the 120 to 400 series are now supplied with a ball joint for easy leveling of the fountainhead. The 120 has a new, easy-to-operate flow control. All models are supplied with foam free strainers requiring less cleaning together with tool free access for cleaning and maintenance. The 120 pump also has a new and improved base plate for extra stability.
One of the most visible and significant improvements of the previous generation of water feature pumps is the new filter wing assembly, which provides and extraordinary increase in surface area. This means longer intervals between filter maintenance.
The filter wings can also be removed from the pump housing and attached to the included remote adapter. This adapter can then be placed in a shallow part of the pond, where it is more easily accessible than the pump itself.
The option to separate the filtered intake from the pump housing makes the Nautilus the most convenient and comfortable to use water feature pump on the market. All filter maintenance, flow regulation and pattern adjustments can be done right from the side of the pond without ever having to handle the pump.
Unique features of the Nautilus Water Feature Pump include:
- Extraordinarily large filter surface with filter wing design, resulting in longer intervals between maintenance.
- Filter wings can be removed from the main pump housing and attached to the included remote adapter.
- The included particle filter protects the impeller from damage when used with the remote filter adapter.
- All cleaning, pattern adjustments and flow rate control can be done from the side of the pond.
- The nozzle adapter ring allows tilting of the nozzle up to 15 degrees for easy alignment of the nozzle pattern.
- A second, flow-controllable outlet (tubing adapter included) is part of the design. No diverter valve assembly needed.
- All Nautilus pumps feature an integrated light holder compatible with Lunaqua 3 and 10 lights.
- The new "Thumb-lock" housing design allows for disassembly without tools.
- The housing has integrated holes for easy and secure fastening of the pump in any installation.
- A thermal cut-off switch protects the motor in all Nautilus pumps.
- All Nautilus pump are protected by the OASE 5-year limited warranty (3 years plus 2 years upon product registration.)
