Miami Heat - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. L- 36-A-TB-33"-EM - Our cover photo shows a stalk of our superb new plicata creation.  Jim says this will be our flagship iris in our newly emerging plicata lines.  Standards are heavily ruffled raspberry with a slight yellow cast at the midribs.  Falls are ruffled and fluted muted yellow with raspberry edges and center line below the tangerine beards.  The heat is on the competition with our new show stopping iris.  Show stalks and a bud count of 7 to 8.  Zurbrigg-JJ-93-8-3: (Matrix x Suky) x Rock Star. $40.00 SOLD OUT

Indicator - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg, L-85-C-TB-36"-M - We have to admit that indicator was a very pleasant surprise when it first bloomed here.  Being a child of our popular, Count Dracula, was a definite plus.  The ruffled blooms are purple black with the standards being just a tad lighter in coloration.  The real indicator comes in the fat burnt orange beards that end in dark purple horns.  Wonderful bud count and stalks round out this creation.  Mild, pleasant fragrance.  Count Dracula x J-23: (Night Ruler x Spirit World).  $27.50  SOLD OUT

Calypso Music - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. J-24-B-TB-34"-M - Our vibrant, new creation just glows with tropical overtones.  Standards are ruffled medium orange.  Falls are heavily ruffled and fluted medium orange-yellow with a small white flash at the tangerine-red beards.  Superb branching with a bud count of 8.  Pronounced, sweet fragrance.  Champagne Waltz x Good Show. $17.50

Dark Watch - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. J-23-B-TB-33"-M - The cross of Night Ruler x Spirit World has produce one of the finest sets of seedlings that we have ever raised.  Dark Watch will be the first of several introductions.  Florets are heavily ruffled purple-black with matching purple-black beards.  Bud count is 7 to 8 with excellent branching.  This one is definitely headed for stardom.  Night Ruler x Spirit World. $17.50

Western Dawn - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. L-67-B-TB-31"-M - Imagine, dawn in the western deserts.  Pinks, yellows, oranges.  Western Dawn reminds us of those dawn pinks.  Moderate sized florets are laced, ruffled, and fluted mauve pink, with paler pink in the areas at the tangerine-orange beards.  Good bud count and stalks.  Mild, sweet fragrance.  A new dark pink that will be popular.  Unknown x Lauren Elizabeth.  $27.50 SOLD OUT

Dat's Da One - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. L-20-B-TB-32"-ML - Ok, our English isn't very good in this name.  What a fun iris this is.  The large, nicely ruffled, blue-lavender flowers are randomly streaked and splashed in blue-white.  Random flowers may be all blue-lavender or all blue-white.  Beards are white turning yellow in throat.  Pronounced sweet fragrance.  Very good bud count and stalks.  This one has been a hit with our garden visitors.  So, Dats Da One for you.  Kelat Skies x Gnu. $17.50

Epiphany - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. L-76-B-TB-35"-ML - Perfection, is the word Jim used when this seedling bloomed.  Absolutely the finest pink to ever come from our lines.  The salmon pink standards are laced and ruffled.  The flaring falls are laced, ruffled, and fluted paler salmon pink with faint yellow-orange markings at the hafts.  Mild, pleasant fragrance.  Substance is very good with blossoms lasting 4 days.  High bud count and superb stalks.  Epiphany will be your new discovery in irises.  Carel Dean x Cherry Lane. $40.00 SOLD OUT

Pinktastic - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. L-77-F-TB-34"-M - Perfection in pink.  This medium pink self with a small white blaze below the beards has been fantastic since it's maiden bloom here.  Flowers are laced, ruffled, and fluted and stalks are picture perfect.  Beards are red-orange.  How do we describe it, Pinktastic.  Destined for glory.  Parentage lost.  $17.50

Nightmare - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. L-124-B-TB-33"-EM - The only Nightmare involved with our new iris intro will be if you didn't get it for your iris collection.  A number of garden visitors have admired this seedling.  The ruffled standards are dark purple.  Falls are ruffled and fluted darker purple with a velvety sheen.  Beards are blue-black.  Mild, sweet fragrance.  If you like dark irises, this one is a must. Holy Night x Gnu. $22.50

Cowboy Up - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. H-18-B-TB-36"-M - Cowboy Up reminds us of the reds and maroons associated with western landscapes.  Ruffled standards are medium red with slight white flushes at darker red midribs.  The ruffled and fluted falls are white with darker red plicata borders and hafts.  There is a dark maroon stripe extending from burnt brown beards to fall edges.  Pronounced sweet fragrance.  Why not Cowboy Up and try this new iris? Gigilo x 83-68-1: (Mary O Mahoney x Going My Way). $17.50

Howdy Clouds - (Jim Hedgecock-2006) - Sdlg. G-33-1-TB-33"-M - We love the name for our new heavily ruffled and lightly laced white self.  Medium sized florets are a real standout in the garden.  Branching is good with 6 to 8 buds on super stalks.  Rebloom has not been tested.  Howdy folks, we hope you like Howdy Clouds.  Harvest Of Memories x Ruffled Sunshine. $15.00
